Tulsa chefs and food truck owners, Joel Bein (Rub) and Robert Carnoske (MASA) will share their tips on roasting a pig and provide a delicious dinner for sampling their work. Nate Beaulac, co-owner of Prairie Creek Farms will share about their farming methods and new craft brewery, Rapture Brewing.
